Setting Up Notifications on a Android Device
This article will focus on getting notifications set up on your Android tablet or phone.
First, in your Autotext.me account select your name at the top right to open the dropdown menu. Then select the first option, User Settings.
Next scroll down to the notification preferences. Click on the Blue Box labeled "Subscribed Device(s)". You must repeat this step for any device you use. Toggle any notification to Yes in order to turn on that notification. Any notification with a Yes will send a notification to all your subscribed devices.
If you are still not receiving notifications after these steps check your device's Apps & Notifications settings.
Please reach out to our support team if you have anymore questions.
