Notifications

Notifications

Autoflow has built in notifications to keep the users up to date with customer responses, DVI and WO completions, and more.

Notifications populate in the top right corner of the Autoflow pages under the bell icon. A counter will appear when a new notification comes in and increases with each additional notification.

Acknowledging a notification by clicking on it will open the associated page (i.e. text conversation, DVI sheet, etc) and remove it from the count. Clearing the list will reset the count.

Registering for Notifications

When first logging in to Autoflow your browser should automatically prompt to accept or decline notifications. Clicking accept should be all that is needed to enable notifications in most cases.

Use the User Settings menu to verify the browser is registered for push notifications. If registered properly it will display this message:

If the browser is not registered for notifications from Autoflow it will display this message:

If the browser is blocking notifications from Autoflow it will display this message:

If the browser has blocked notifications, find the notifications section of the browser settings to remove Autoflow from the blocked list and/or add to the allowed list.

Click on Subscribed Device(s) to view/delete any devices currently receiving push notifications for your username, and to send a test notification too.

Notifications can also be customized for each user under the User Settings page.

Admin and Service Advisor accounts can toggle each notification type shown below on and off (some options vary depending on the shop’s subscribed features).

Technician accounts receive a more limited selection of notification options
