Android Tablet Not Allowing Camera to be Selected On DVI Line Item
We have recently noticed an issue with Android tablets not allowing you to select the camera option when attempting to upload a photo. Our development team is aware of this and are currently investigating the issue for a fix. In the meantime, if you are currently using an Android Tablet to try and take photos on the DVI, but it is giving you issues, please follow the steps below:
1. In the dropdown menu next to your login name, select the "User Settings".
2. Once in the "User Settings" page, scroll down to the "DVI Preferences" section. You will want to turn on the "Default to Camera" toggle. This will cause the tablet to automatically open the camera when selecting the photo icon on a DVI line item.
If you continue to have issues, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
