How to Clear Browser Cache

How to Clear Browser Cache

Hello,

Please be sure any unsaved data on an active web login has been saved before following this process.

You will need to sign back in to all websites, including autoflow and any browser based email, after clearing this cached data. Stale cache can cause page load issues due to your computer accessing older locally stored information, rather than collecting the latest updates/data from the website itself. Most browsers will have an option for this in the Privacy & Security sections of their respective Settings. Please find the linked help articles below specifically for the autoflow supported browsers:
  1. Click here for Google Chrome
  2. Click here for Mozilla Firefox
Be advised you will want to make sure you are clearing the data from all time, rather than a limited time range such as the last week.
