How do I modify calendar appointments to reschedule a customer?

From Calendar View:

  1. Single click on the appointment.
  2. Click on the linked word "Appointment" next to "Current Status.

From Bay Scheduler View:

  1. Single click the appointment on the bay scheduler.
  2. Drag it to the new time slot if the new time is on the same day.
This will bring you to the appointment on the dashboard:
  1. You can modify the appointment date and time.
  2. Click "Update" at the bottom when finished.

How do I delete calendar appointments if a customer must cancel?


  1. Follow the steps above for modifying an appointment.
  2. When you arrive at the dashboard, change the status of the visit to Close.
  3. The appointment will be removed from the calendar.

How can I indicate that staff are off / or unavailable?

You can add an event to your calendar to indicate to staff that a staff member is off / unavailable.

  1. Click +Add Events on the calendar.
  1. Enter a descriptive title.
  2. Set your start date/time.
  3. Set your end date/time.
  4. Check the box for "All Day?" if the staff member is out the whole day.
  5. Click Add Event to save your new event.

What is the best way to add an appointment to the calendar for drop-off (no specific time for service)

  1. Schedule after opening: Set the appointment roughly one hour after opening time.
  2. Use Quick Add to add the appointment.
  3. Note "Drop-Off": Clearly mark the appointment as a drop-off.
  4. Estimate, don't promise: Inform the customer service will happen when available.

What is the best way to add an appointment to the calendar for waiting customers?

  1. Use Quick Add to add the appointment.
  2. Give time estimates: Provide realistic wait times.

How can I see or add details to an appointment?


  1. Single click an appointment on the calendar.

  7. Click "Update" to save your changes.
