Instructions:
To use sub-statuses in Autoflow's Multi Axle Tire Inspection, follow this guide.
Step 1: Goto DVI Sheet Setup and click the Tire Inspection edit button.
Step 2: Click Add Status
Step 3: Click a symbol for red, yellow, green
Step 4: Add a number indicating depth
Step 5: Add a note to describe what that measurement is and means for the customer.
TIP: Add all your statuses first. Then add all the depth numbers (two digits only). THEN put all your notes in.
Good news: This is a one time setup, the Tire Inspection is ready to go for any sheet you toggle it on for!
07/32 - Tread life is good
06/32 - Tread life is good
05/32 - Tread depth is nearing end of usable life
04/32 - Tread depth is nearing end of usable life
03/32 - Tread is below recommended depth for safety
02/32 - Tread depth is far below safe range.
01/32 - Tread depth is nearly completely spent. Unsafe.
00/32 - No tread remains. Excessive wear. Unsafe.
