Why Are My Tickets Not Transferring To ATMe?
If you find that your tickets in your Shop Management System are not transferring to autotext.me, you may be missing criteria that is necessary in the ticket before it can be transferred. The following criteria MUST be included in the vehicle visit in order to successfully transfer to autotext.me:
- Customer First and Last Name or Business Name
- 10 Digit Phone Number
- Year/Make/Model of the vehicle
Once this information has been submitted, tickets will transfer to autotext.me from ticket creation. If you are adding this information after the visit has already been created in your shop management system, you will need to re-save the information in order for the system to send the information to our system.
