New Feature!

Video Playlists are now available for the client view of the DVI Micro Site.

You can custom-tailor your client's playlist before sending them their DVI!

What is this?

The Video Presentation feature is designed for client engagement. 
When one video ends - another will begin.

"Think of this feature as a video interface similar to Reels, TikTok, or YouTube but it's in your client's DVI!

However... our video player is not an evil mind-melting waste of time aimed at distracting people from what's important... 
Rather- it's an engaging way for clients to learn more about the services suggested by your professional technicians via a playlist curated by your professional advisors in your shop!"

How does it work?

After you upload a short video into Autoflow - Click on the video to open the new Video Player.

With Video Player open you can rearrange the videos to sort the order that videos will play in.

Fact - You MUST click the check mark to share the video presentation for the new player to populate in it's own are of the Microsite.

If you do NOT click this button -your videos will still show up on the DVI like before.

Fact - all videos will still show up in their respective line items regardless of the toggle.

Fact - you must hit this presentation toggle on each DVI this will be OFF by default.  Enabling on one does NOT enable it on another ticket.

Preview Mode:
Another feature added is the ability to drag and drop videos for the player in the preview mode.
Please note - the preview mode has a section devoted to the arranging of videos - but that portion is NOT visible to clients - it is there for advisors to have one place to manage the arrangement of DVI items.



Please note that the arranging of videos works regardless of wether you desire to show the video Presentation section in your DVI.
Clicking on any line item video will open the player and also show the client the new Video Player.

Client Micro Site Options:

Administrators:  (This is managed by your corporation if you are an MSO)
- Visit the Client Microsite to rename the header of the Video Presentation section.
- Choose the location of the Video Presentation

- Choose the background / text color of the Presentation section
