Using Talk to Text to save time filling out a DVI

This article will help you start using talk-to-text on a DVI to help you fill them out faster.
You can use Speech-to-Text on any note fields throughout the application that allow you to type.
This feature is not a part of the application, it is available on most mobile devices.

From an open DVI, follow these steps:
> Click a field where you can add a note.
> Click the microphone symbol near or on the keyboard.
> Follow the prompt and speak the words you want transcribed
> Click the microphone symbol again, or;
> Make corrections to the note by typing, or;
> Click add note!

Remember: You may need to allow permission to access the microphone when you select the microphone icon for the first time.

Device Notes:  Samsung devices are well recognized as leaders in the Speech-to-Text utility for mobile devices.   You can speak naturally with most Samsung devices and receive excellent transcription accuracy.
Apple users can also enjoy this feature, however, Apple users often report less accuracy with transcriptions unless they "talk. like. a robot."
