Tekmetric SMS User Mapping

MUST BE LOGGED IN AS ADMIN LEVEL

Adding New Mapped Profile

  1. From top right drop down menu, select "Add/Manage Users"
  2. Select "Add New User" to open new profile creation modal, where you can enter the employee details and set role level.

    If integration has been set up, you will see a drop down menu for "Shop Management System(Tekmetric) Username" which will list all employees configured in Tekmetric.

    For employees newly created in Tekmetric, this may take a few minutes for a profile to appear on the drop down list.
  3. Complete remaining profile details and save, the newly created profile will begin mapping the designated user from Tekmetric immediately.

Update Mapping on Existing Profile

  1. From top right drop down menu, select "Add/Manage Users"
  2. Locate user in need of update, and select the 'Edit Information' icon to the left.
  3. In the edit profile modal you will find the 'SMS Username' field, where you will enter the display name for the user in Tekmetric.

          a. The username mentioned will look for the 'Employee' column entry from Tekmetric's employee list.
         
  4. Once changes have been saved the profile will begin assignment mapping immediately.
