If you have a tablet or a workstation that seems to be running slower than it should, follow these instructions to let us know!
1. On the device you want to test, in the upper right hand corner of the ATMe Dashboard, you will see a question mark inside of a bubble. Click that.
2. This is the support page. Under the "Helpful Resources" section, you will want to select the "Network Test" under the "Diagnose" category.
3. In the Benchmark screen, click on both the Network speed test AND the functional test. Give it time to complete both tests and then click "send report to support" in the upper right hand corner.
4. Under the "Enter Reason" text field in the box that pop-ups, please give a description of the issues you are having. I.E. "Slow image upload times" ,"Tablet seems to be lagging".
