This article is to help with SM-510 Samsung Tablets crashing. Unfortunately, we have found multiple users experiencing issues when using certain Samsung Tab A models with Android 10. These devices were produced with 2GB of ram, but the ram usage of the Android 10 OS is large and ends up using most of the available memory on the device before any other apps are running. We do have some recommendations to help combat the issues on these devices.
First, we recommend using Firefox instead of Chrome on these devices, as Firefox uses less memory than Chrome.

Next, within the Android OS settings, find the Apps section and uninstall or disable any unused or unneeded apps. This will help prevent extra memory from being used in the background.
Then, try enabling our Basic Upload method within autotext.me. This is done for each shop user from the User Settings page. Click on the username or icon in the top right corner, then select User Settings. Scroll down to the DVI Preferences section and toggle Basic Image Upload on. After that, return to the Active Customers page to update the settings.
These changes will help minimize the load on the device when uploading images and hopefully should improve the usability of these devices. As always if you have any questions please feel free to contact our support team.
