Review Page Setup

Increasing your volume of high score reviews is simple with Autoflow.

Starting From Company Setup

  1. Select Follow-up Setup from the Admin menu

Starting From Workflow Setup


  1. Scroll past the Workflow Configuration section. Click the link under “Follow-up Message Setup”. Located above Timer Setup.

Reminder Set Up


  1. Pick between our default message or a Multi-linked review page.
  2. View your upcoming follow-ups in reminder queue.
  3. Select the default time after tickets are posted that follow-up message is sent out.
  4. Toggle on/off Customer Score: See here for more on this feature.
  5. This toggle will let you modify the 0 -10 scale from the default NPS standard.
  6. The test button will help you test your reminder to make sure everything works appropriately.

  1. This blue box will open more setup options and testing.
  2. The last area is for adding review links so your customers can easily reach your review pages.

Review Page Setup and Testing


  1. Add a title and a message for that page.
  2. Include a link for appointment scheduling.
  3. Footer message with team picture.
  4. Save and Preview the page. Then test it on your personal phone.
  5. Preview the custom review link on your desktop.
