Merging Vehicle Records

Getting Started

  1. Select Search at the top of the dashboard.
  2. Once on the Search page, select Click here to transfer/merge vehicles and customer in the top right corner highlighted in blue.


  1. Next select Merge two vehicles from the dropdown menu
  2. Search for the customer record that contains the two vehicles needing merged
  3. Select the two vehicle profiles to merge
  4. Select the data to save from each profile. 
  5. Click the blue merge button at the bottom of the page to merge the records
