MaddenCo Cash/Retail Customer
If using the Cash/Retail Customer to check in or schedule a visit the customer phone number will be merged with any existing customer record used previously that did not also follow the steps below. This can be used to create individual customers in autoflow rather than merging multiple customers if the fields detailed below are completed correctly.
- Ship-To will be used to create the customer name details.
- The first line of the Ship-To fields will need to have the customer name, be it a business name, last name only, or first and last name. If only one name is provided this will result in only the Last Name field of the autoflow profile to be populated with this information.
- Cell specifically is the field that will be needed if creating a visit using the Cash/Retail Customer, no other phone fields will be collected to sync to autoflow using this Customer ID record in MaddenCo.
Ideally each customer would have their own customer ID in MaddenCo, however as long as the fields detailed above are filled out in this manner this will enable you to use the Cash/Retail Customer ID 1 in MaddenCo without combining with pre-existing records in autoflow.
