If you wish to update your text/email signature, this can be done on the "Company Setup/Billing" page from the admin drop down menu. 

Once on the page, in the company header, you will see an option for "Business Signature", this is the signature used for both emails and text messages when message are sent. You can update the signature at any time.

In addition, if you want to remove your business phone number from the signature, you can do so by scrolling down past the company header section to the "Preferences" section. Once there, you will see a toggle for "Remove business phone number from text signature". Turn this toggle to "ON" if you do not want the shop number to be included in your signature.
