If you are wanting to be able to view the Stock, Keytag, and RO numbers on the dashboard for additional search options, please use the following steps below:
1. This setting is at a user level. This will need to be done through each individual login. Make sure you are signed in to the account you wish to update.
2. Select the dropdown menu next to your name and select the "User Settings" option.
3. Once in the User Settings page, scroll down to the Dashboard Preferences section. The bottom three options will be individual toggles for RO, Keytag, and Stock numbers. Select the toggles to turn them on.
4. Once they are turned on, select the option to go back to the Active Customer Dashboard. If the Stock, Keytag, and RO are listed in the visit's ticket on the details page, they will now appear on the active customer dashboard, allowing you to sear for these options.
Additionally, if you wish to turn these settings off, you can follow the same steps above and select the toggles to "OFF".
