How To Setup Your QC Sheet

How To Setup Your QC Sheet

If you are needing to setup your Quality Control (QC) sheet, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure you are signed in as the admin for your shop.

2. From the admin drop down menu, select "QC Setup" then "Quality Control Setup".

3. Once in, it will start as if you are creating a new DVI sheet. You can select the "Add New Sheet", "Duplicate Sheet", or if you are importing a sheet from another Autoflow location, select "Import Sheet" and attach the .json file that was provided to you.

4. Once you have named your new QC sheet, it's time to start adding QC line items. Select the option that reads "Add Quality Control Item". Once the modal pops up on the screen, you can add whatever your shop(s) need to check off for the Quality Control sheet before the vehicle is ready to leave the shop!

(Like the DVI, you can also require certain QC line items to be required before QC sheet is able to be submitted.)

5. In the admin dropdown menu once more, you can go to "QC Notes Setup" to create QC notes for your QC sheets you have created!
