How to Delete a Customer From Your Records


This knowledge base article will guide you through the steps of deleting a customer from your records.


THIS ACTION IS PERMANENT. 
There is no way to retrieve this data so please be careful when deleting customers from your shop.

Only an administrator login has this ability to reduce the risk of providing this ability.




If you are sure you want to delete a customer, this is how:

First, make sure you are logged in as the admin and then select Search.

Next, search for the customer you want to delete and select the blue View Profile button.


Last, click on the blue trash can icon next to the customer's name at the top left.
