How to create predefined outbound text messages
Add your predefined out bound texts for common conversation points, or answers to frequent inquiries
- Navigate to the message setup menu through the Workflow setup
- Simply click + Add Text, and compose your message
- The final results will be available when texting your clients
- In the custom text entry, simply type a few key letters, numbers, or words and phrases, the notes will filter out, or click on the Predefined link to select from the available messages.
- Click the note you desire. Send!
