If you are wanting to update your billing information, please follow these steps.
1. Make sure you are logged in as Admin.
2., You can then click on your menu icon
and select "Company Setup/Billing"
3. Now, either select the "Billing Page" button at the top of the page or scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the blue "Billing Page" button.
4. Select the green "Update Card Number" option.
4. Enter in the email address where you would like your receipt for this transaction sent, along with your new credit card information.
5. Left click the blue pay button that advises to "Update Card Details".
Note: If you are updating the card after a payment has failed to be processed, the day you submit your payments will be your future billing date, I.E. if you renew on the 13th of the month, you will be billed the following month on the 13th and so on.
