How do I set my parts vendors?

Associate your parts vendors with your workflow

Let your crew know who is bringing your parts, and when

  • You can populate your vendors in the drop down menu in “Waiting on Parts”
  • Go to “Associate Parts Vendors” from your admin menu


  • Type the name of your supplier
  • Click + Add Parts Vendor
  • When complete, have users log out, and back in to begin using these
 Pro Tip:
When parts are arriving from multiple vendors, select the name of the vendor most likely to arrive last, or the one carrying parts that are needed to continue working.

You have two settings in Workflow Setup that need to be selected

Go to Workflow Setup to ensure the Vendors indicator will function properly


  • Make sure there is a “Count Down” timer
  • Confirm the Associate Parts Vendors toggle is checked
