HITS BPOS Status Mapping


From HITS BPOS

  • Open the “Appointment/Status” tab.
  • Open the “Vehicle Status” drop down menu and see how the status you want to map is written.
  • Mapped statuses must match character for character, including spaces and capitals.


In Autoflow

  • From the “admin” menu, select “Workflow Setup”.
  • Select the status you want map to in the workflow.
  • Change the title of the status to match the name of the status in HITS BPOS.
  • Click out of the text box on any blank area to save your changes.
