Global DVI Line Items Setup

Global DVI Line Items Setup

The Global DVI Items will allow you to link the history of multiple DVI Sheets, both on active and archived DVI Sheets to allow history to be viewed regardless of which DVI Sheet is active on a current visit.

Configuring these groups will require being logged in as an admin level profile, and is completed entirely on the DVI Sheets Setup page.

After opening the DVI Sheets Setup page you will see the Global DVI Items modal button in the top right corner.

Once open you will have to option to add a new group. This will add a new item group line, all selected line items within these configured groups will share line item history across all other items within the same group.

As you're configuring your group items, you will be asked to title each group, which will not be visible outside of these group configurations and are intended for organization to add new line items for new DVI sheets.

You can select as many line items as you wish to group from the various sheets and categories. The format of the listed items is as follows: [Line item]/[DVI Category]/[DVI Sheet Name]
This way you can identify the different groupings and line items you wish to configure to share history across the selected sheets. You can always access the configured groups to make modifications, whether adding or removing new line items, from the same Global DVI Items menu.
