2. Chose the sheet you want to edit in the drop down menu.
3. Next, chose the "Duplicate Sheet" option.
4. This will bring up an exact copy of that sheet, except this duplicate is editable as it has not been used or locked out yet. At this point, it is typically a good idea to rename the new sheet. Select "Update Name". A proficient way to name these sheets would be with something that indicates this is a newer version of a previous sheet, such as "Multi Point Inspection V2" or something similar.
5. Since the History on the previous DVI sheet will not be carried over to your new duplicate, in order to keep those records attached to the old sheet but allow your staff to only use the new sheet created with your updated items, it is good practice to archive the old sheet. Do this by selecting the old sheet in the drop down menu, then toggle the "Archive" to "yes" .
This will allow for that information stored with the sheet to be saved in that archive and for that sheet to no longer be visible to technicians to chose. This is to preserve prior information saved to that DVI sheet for potential future reference,

NOTE: As explained before, your history on the previous DVI sheet will NOT transfer over.
