If the Show Customer History option is enabled in the DVI Setup using an admin profile for SMS History capable integrations (Tekmetric, Protractor, Omnique, Tireshop, etc):

The option to access the Service History for the current visit will be available from the top left hamburger menu of the customer microsite, to display all previous visit history from the Shop Management System. This will display similarly to how the SMS History shows on the DVI/WO/QC pages or the customer profile page within the autoflow shop itself.

Once selected a pop-in will appear asking to confirm sending a verification code to the texting number on file for this customer, which will be used to authenticate approval to view this past history. The customer full name, vehicle year/make/model, and phone number will be visible along with the past visit history.
