Company Setup

Company Setup contains shop and billing information in addition to communication preferences.

Access to Company Set Up


  1. While logged in as the admin, select the menu drop down in the top right.
  2. Select Company Setup.

Company Logo and Business Information


  1. Add a company logo. This will appear in some links sent to customers.
  2. Company information can be edited here. Please contact support if you need to change the business name or your business text number.
  3. Billing address can be updated here if your location changes.

Preferences and Status Reports

Preferences in company setup lets you add or remove features for sending out messages to customers.

Dashboard Preferences

  1. Apply dropdown to service writer/technician Tabs - enter the max number of service writers/technicians to be listed before a dropdown is used instead of a list.
  2. Active Customer Dashboard Pagination - enter the max number of active customers to display on the dashboard before pagination is applied.

Pagination of Active Customers
Pagination is designed to help if your shop is experiencing long load times of the Active customers page due to high customer volumes. Simply enter a number of customers to show per page.

Calendar Font Color

Select the font color to be used on your calendar.

Work Order Preferences


Enable this toggle to limit technicians to clocking into only one job at a time.

Status Reports

Status Reports is an area for you to decide what email you want certain information to go to. Simply change the email address to the desired report destination.

  1. Company Timings is a place for you to add your company hours. Change the dropdown from Open to Closed if you are closed that day. If you have a lunch time for which nobody is available, you can enable that by toggling "Lunch Time" from Disabled to Enabled and setting the timeframe. 
  2. This Billing Page blue box will open your billing information.
  3. You can add any existing appointment link that your company uses here. If you use the Autoflow scheduler, you can click a button to place that link automatically.

Billing Information


  1. The Cancel Subscription button can be utilized to initiate the cancellation process of your Autoflow subscription.
  2. Purchase Credits Manually allows you to pre-purchase credits rather than utilizing the Recharge option.
  3. Update Payment Information allows you to update your payment information. Click this to be taken to the following screen where payment info can be updated.
  4. Open Receipt will allow you to view full invoice receipts.
