Add Safe Senders to Prevent Email Filtering - Microsoft

Not Receiving Autoflow Emails

There has been a noticeable increase in email delivery issues to Microsoft based email services (Outlook, Live, hotmail, etc) that can be circumvented by adding domains to your email's Safe Sender list. Please note, if your email system is managed by a master user these settings will need to be done on the email domain settings rather than individual settings as detailed below. Please notify your email admin to add Safe Senders for the below domains in this case:
  1. autotext.me
  2. autotextme.com
  3. autoflow.com
The above mentioned domains are what you will want to add to your email settings following the steps below:
  1. Sign in to Outlook Web App. For help, see Getting started in Outlook Web App.
  2. At the top of the page, select Settings Settings: update your profile, install software and connect it to the cloud > Mail.
  3. Under Options, select Block or allow.
  4. To add an entry to Safe senders and recipients, enter the email address or domain that you want to mark as safe in the Enter a sender or domain here text box, and then press Enter or select the Add icon The Create new folder button next to the text box.
  5. For example, to mark all email from addresses that end in autoflow.com as safe, enter autoflow.com in the text box.
  6. To mark a specific person as safe, enter that person's full email address. For example, to mark all messages from support@autoflow.com as safe, enter support@autoflow.com in the text box.
  7. (Optional) Select the Trust email from my contacts check box to treat email from any address in your contacts folders as safe.
  8. Select Save to save your changes.
